Infrastructure software for people selling infrastructure.
We build Jooule DCIM because running a hosting business shouldn't mean building a hosting platform from scratch.
Why we built it
Starting a hosting business in 2026 looks identical to starting one in 2006: you glue together WHMCS, a billing module, a control panel, a provisioning script, and hope the seams hold. Every hosting company ends up rebuilding the same five systems — and most of them poorly.
Jooule DCIM is the system we wanted: a single codebase that ships all five layers — tenancy, provisioning, billing, client portal, and admin — with proper SaaS multi-tenancy, modern tooling, and a GraphQL API that's a pleasure to build on.
What we believe
- Nothing happens off the books. VPS actions and account activity are logged, and clients see the full transaction ledger behind every charge and credit to their balance.
- Your hardware, your hypervisors. You connect your own Proxmox hosts under credentials you supply, and every VPS is provisioned onto one of them — the compute stays on the machines you brought.
- White-label means white-label. Your clients should never see "Powered by Jooule" unless you want them to.
- Security is not a Pro-tier feature. 2FA, rate limiting, encrypted credentials, signed webhooks — from day one.
Who we are
Jooule is a small engineering team based in Europe. We work directly with hosting companies — building, shipping, listening. If you're running infrastructure and frustrated with what's on offer, we'd love to hear from you.
