- What counts as a "hosting company"?
- A tenant — one branded storefront (subdomain or custom domain) with its own clients, packages, and billing. There is no hard limit on tenants.
- Do I need Proxmox?
- Yes. Jooule DCIM automates Proxmox VE. You bring the Proxmox cluster(s); Jooule orchestrates the rest.
- Can I run it on my own infrastructure?
- Enterprise plans can be deployed on dedicated infrastructure we operate for you. Jooule DCIM is not distributed for self-hosting.
- What about payment gateways?
- Billing is built in: prepaid account balance with gift cards and manual top-ups. Pluggable card payment gateways are on the roadmap and can be added via the PaymentGateway model.
